Background:  Ms. Cardiello is the founding partner of the firm, and the Managing Attorney for the firm’s Real Estate, Corporate, and Estate Planning departments.  Ms. Cardiello has dedicated her career to all aspects of these areas of law.  With a vast knowledge and extensive experience, Ms. Cardiello has earned a solid reputation within the legal community for her dedication, skill, and integrity.  Ms. Cardiello began her legal career working at the corporate headquarters for a national mortgage banker, and was later promoted to be the Assistant to the General Counsel for that Lender.  Later, in private practice, Ms. Cardiello developed a specialty of representing: Mortgage Lenders and Banking Institutions in the lending, bankruptcy, asset recovery and foreclosure processes; Small and Large Business Owners in the areas of Corporate Formation and Management and Commercial Leasing; and private individuals in the areas of Will Drafting, Estate Planning, and Estate Probation and Administration.  Ms. Cardiello has also been the featured speaker at various seminars on these topics in the law.  Ms. Cardiello prides herself on having a “hands on” approach to the law and makes sure that she and her staff are always accessible to the clientele.

Marc Andrew Kramer, Esq.

Background: Mr. Kramer is a partner at Nicole M. Cardiello, Esq., P.C. and the Managing Attorney for the firm’s Litigation Department.  Mr. Kramer brings to this firm his extensive knowledge and experience with both State and Federal Courts.  He has lectured at the Nassau County Bar Association’s Nassau Academy of Law and for the Nassau Lawyer’s Association.  Mr. Kramer has also given lectures for Cancercare, the Adelphi New York Statewide Breast Cancer Hotline and Support Program, North Shore Kiwanis Club, Smithtown Kiwanis Club and the Northport Rotary Club on a range of legal issues ranging from Employment Discrimination to Technology Law. Mr. Kramer is a Co-Chair of the Suffolk County Bar Association's Lawyer Referral and Information Services committee.
